Membership Registration

PLEASE take the time to read these guidelines so that your registration will ZOOM through! I am one person running the show so any help you can offer with making registration easy to approve would be MUCHO appreciated.

IMPORTANT!!
The AiTemailer is sent in bulk so if you have an email service that filters out bulk email you will most likely not receive the AiTemailer. This is especially true with AOL, hotmail and yahoo. What you can do is add chriss@artsintherapy.com to your safe senders list or to your address book which should take care of this problem. When you receive an email letting you know your registration has been approved and you do not receive an AiTemailer within 2 weeks, (and you've already added my email address to your account) then please either check with your hosting company or contact me for help.

Guidelines:
~Use uppercase letters for the first letter of EACH text box.
(ie. Mary, Art Therapist, Student, Baltimore, MA, DMT, RMT-BC, New York University etc...) If you do not, I have to take the time to correct your profile and overall this makes me cranky!

~If you do not want to include your last name that's ok, just please type in the first initial of your last name with a period after the letter. (We did not plan for having 5 Marys, 6 Carlas and so on...oops!) A good time to remind you that I do not share your information with ANYONE outside the AiTnetwork. I've been asked but nope nope nope I will always say.

~Please do not register as either a CAT or EAT professional unless you have the credentials and schooling listed in your profile to support your title. (CAT means Creative Arts Therapist and EAT means Expressive Arts Therapist).

~Once you click "register" do not re-register if you find an error in your profile or want to change your information. Instead wait until your registration confirmation email arrives and then go to "your member profile" and edit your profile. Re-registering will create a duplicate member profile which will cause me to bug you to choose one profile!

~Make sure you type your email address in correctly.
(or else the mailer demon cometh and registration does not go through)

~Please jot down your user id and password for future edits and if you change your email address. You can sign into your profile at the AiTwebsite by clicking your member profile.
